ISSUES and Promises

One of the most important foundations of education is the relationship between students, parents, and teachers. Michael promises that when elected, he will vote to protect parental rights and to strengthen that relationship.

The members of the SFASD community work hard for their money. Michael understands this, and he promises that he will not vote to raise taxes until a budget is proven to be in the best interest of the community.

Politics have no place in schools. As a school board director, Michael will make sure that SFASD schools are free from political influence of any kind. Students deserve to be educated without political influence from any side.

What Michael stands for

PARENTAL RIGHTS- Ensuring that parents are the primary decision makers in the education of their children.

PROTECTING OUR STUDENTS- Making sure that every student remains safe during the school day. This includes supporting our school police and advocating for safer facilities.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY- Ensuring that every tax dollar is accounted for. The Spring-Ford school board must be held responsible for every decision that will have a tax impact on the community.

PROTECTING SPECIAL EDUCATION- Programs for our most vulnerable students must be protected and expanded in order to provide the best educational opportunities possible. That includes making sure staff and administration are properly equipped to provide support for all students.

Who Is Michael?

Michael is a dedicated community leader who is fighting to represent the residents of Spring-Ford. He is a fourth generation resident and is proud to be the son of two Spring-Ford alumni. His mother is currently a teacher at Spring-Ford and has been so for over 20 years. His father works for the utility company who powers Spring-Ford schools and the broader community.

Michael is a proudly endorsed Republican and has received the bipartisan support of dozens of Democrats. He was grateful for the opportunity to serve on Senator Dave McCormick’s campaign team. For the last three years, he has continued to serve as the Spring-Ford class of 2026 president. Michael has personally spoken to and met with hundreds of Spring-Ford voters and will continue to be thankful for the generous support of the SFASD community.
